This has been a long week for our family. Derek has had 8 tests this week. He has 7 done and one huge one in the morning. When I asked him how his studying was going he had a great analogy. He said that he felt like he was shoveling snow in a blizzard with a teaspoon. Clever. We all miss him! Hurry up Friday afternoon and get here already.

Amen to that!
Seriously...is this whole year going to be like this!? haha...Matt is totally drained
I really think you guys need a break. I really think you should make a trip to Utah and come visit for a weekend. come on, it's only an 8 hour drive...we would have so much fun...what can I say that would convince you? I would love to go riding with you guys sometime. Good luck with school...
Yuck! I hated Kyle's weeks like that. Good luck and remember "this too shall pass ..." eventually! His analogy is so right on for all of med school. The story about the sax was funny!
kristine....wow it's been a long time. i have to admit, i have the worst memory all time. it took me awhile to remember what you look like - it's been so many years! i had no idea you guys were in medical school....good luck! good to catch up with you on your blog. i can't believe how big all your kids are. take care!
Sounds like a bad week with tests! Can't even imagine that. We loved catching up on all your family happenings. Karl loved looking at all the pics and reading about school.
