Bubba Gumps

Since we brought all of our own food into the park we decided we would treat the kids to lunch on our way out of town. We saw Bubba Gumps and decided to stop. It was delicious. We couldn't leave without taking everyone's pictures on the bench in Forest Gump's sneakers.

Disneyland Day 2

On the second day we packed as much as we could again and then tried to hit our favorite rides again. Our feet were a little sore but we made it another 12 hours. I couldn't believe what a trooper Ava was. She walked the entire time.

We have heard from reputable sources how good the turkey legs are so we decided to get one and try it. It was tasty!

Ava finally crashed as soon as we got to the tram to go back to the car.

Getting ready for our drive home. We had bought all of our souvenirs at Walmart the day before we went so that the kids wouldn't want the expensive ones. Ava picked out this little Minnie Mouse and carried it around everywhere.

Disneyland!! Day 1

We were so excited to go to Disneyland. We weren't sure how busy it would be so we left our hotel early and ended up being the 3rd car in the garage. haha. It was a little rainy so the crowds were not bad at all. As soon as we got into the park we headed over to Indiana Jones. Derek waited with Ava for us and tried to take her on Pirates of the Caribbean but she freaked out and started to cry. So after we got off of our ride I dragged her on the ride crying and all. As soon as she got on it she said "Mom, I love it". That ended up being her favorite ride and I think we went on it about 10 times. Our kids were so good. We had so much fun being able to ride almost all the rides together. We stayed at the park the entire 12 hours.

This was before her very first roller coaster

This is her face after. She called it her roller coaster face.

This was another of the kids favorite rides. It was Autopia. They loved it and wanted to go on it over and over and over.
